Lake City Bank CIS Support Specialist; Warsaw, IN in Indianapolis, Indiana

Do you have an excellent grasp on technology and like to serve others by using your excellent listening and problem-solving skills? As a CIS (Corporate and Institutional Services) Support Specialist in Warsaw, IN you will:

  • Assist in a variety of tasks involving the monitoring the CIS telephone queue to assist clients with questions related to all CIS products and services.
  • Monitors the CIS inbox and replies to emails and voicemails from business clients and branch staff regarding CIS products and services.

Basic Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of retail/sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Personal computer competency required. Intermediate understanding of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Planner preferred.
  • Technical knowledge to use software and systems to manage calls, access customer databases, reset user passwords, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Warm, friendly, and professional telephone etiquette.

Hours:Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00
