[Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mi-Tech consolidates production, sales, maintenance, customer service, and quality control in one 85,000-square-foot location to maximize efficiency. *[Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to): [ Follow relevant MTTM procedures and the MTTM Quality Policy [ Adhere to all Safety Policies established by Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals, LLC. [ Knowledge of measurement techniques using various hand tools as well as height gages, comparators, and CMM operations. [ Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, boring, milling, etc. [ Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawing, etc. [ Ensure a safe working environment exists in the area. Verify safety duties are assigned and completed at the frequency required [ Translate tasks into G and M Code commands so the machines can perform the correct function [ Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machine [ Prepare test run to check in the machines produce outputs according to the specifications [ Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large numbers of parts [ Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly [ Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality [ Communication with team leads, supervision, maintenance and engineering is required daily [ Complete additional duties and tasks that may be assigned *[Minimum Qualifications: [ High school diploma or GED equivalent [ Previous leadership (Preferred) [ Strong communications written and orally [ Proficient with Microsoft Office []{style="fo
