ManpowerGroup CPD&D Laboratory Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana

Our client, a leader in the scientific research industry, is seeking a CPD&D Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a CPD&D Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the laboratory team supporting critical research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, effective time management abilities, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CPD&D Laboratory Technician

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Conduct laboratory experiments and handle laboratory equipment in a 100% site-based environment.

  • Prepare formulation samples and test for physical properties, assisting with formulation preparation and characterization.

  • Perform small lab scale-up activities and support troubleshooting in manufacturing facilities.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as mandated.

  • Document and communicate results effectively, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields) is required.

  • At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in a research or manufacturing/engineering laboratory environment.

  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques, including chemical and analytical skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work on repetitive tasks and manage time effectively.
