Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Construction/Contractor industry, located in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer service calls, managing incoming and outbound calls, dealing with questions, and directing callers to the appropriate party. The role requires strong skills in Customer Service, Quotations, Sales, Post-Sales Support, Confirming Appointments, and Coordinating Appointments. THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE 10AM-7PM MONDAY-FRIDAY. INTERVIEW AND START IMMEDIATELY.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Manage both incoming and outbound calls, ensuring all customer queries are addressed

• Address and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions that ensure customer satisfaction

• Direct callers to the appropriate party when necessary, ensuring smooth communication

• Use your skills in Quotations and Sales to enhance customer experience and drive business growth

• Provide Post-Sales Support to customers, addressing any issues or queries they may have after purchase

• Confirm appointments with customers, ensuring they are aware of the timing and details of their appointments

• Coordinate appointments, managing the scheduling to ensure optimal use of resources and time.que

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role

• Demonstrated skills in customer service, including the ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

• Experience in providing quotations and managing sales processes

• Ability to confirm and coordinate appointments, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management

• Proficiency in using various software tools and systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High level of professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
