Data Analytics Reporting Manager

Our Deloitte Service Assurance Reporting Team is looking for a new team member to expand our capabilities and leverage exciting new opportunities around internal technology and infrastructure data and processes.

You'll be a part of a remote and distributed SAFe Agile team that works on high-impact analytics projects across multiple levels across Deloitte. This role will allow you to participate in end-to-end project delivery, with the flexibility and autonomy to define your own approaches and solutions to fit our stakeholders' needs.

Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Service Assurance Reporting Team, you will be working to develop data analytics solutions in support of the Service Assurance organization. The team is looking for a collaborative, data-driven, analytical expert with a consultative mindset to deliver innovative solutions. Some of the technologies and functions we deliver include:

  • Deliver end-to-end analytic projects

  • Work with business and technical teams to deliver solutions that impact multiple internal technology stakeholders

  • Expanding our capabilities to include predictive analytics, deriving analytics insights, and boosting analyst productivity using machine learning

    The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Experience working independently and cross-functionally across businesses and technical teams

    The team

Professionals in Deloitte's Service Assurance teams share a common purpose in delivering world class IT Service Management. The Analytics Team delivers measurable metrics, in support of our internal stakeholders, to make an impact that matters. Types of insights this team may provide include:

  • Service resilience, availability, and compliance reporting

  • IT Service Management reporting, including Incident, Problem, and Change reporting

  • Cloud infrastructure and network reporting

  • Technology crisis reporting

    Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years working in an Information Technology field supporting Data Analytics/Engineering

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more business intelligence (BI) tools. (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow Reporting/Performance Analytics)

  • Minimum of 1 year people and/or leadership experience

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

    Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Business Administration or equivalent experience (In lieu of a 4-year college degree, 12 years of work experience may be substituted)

  • 2+ years of experience designing data architecture, data pipelines, and data models to deliver high-impact visualizations, dashboards, and reports

  • Familiarity with ITIL (ServiceNow preferred)

  • Experience working within the SAFe Agile/Scaled Agile Framework.

  • Advanced skills in relational database queries (e.g. SQL)

  • Background in leveraging machine learning technologies (open-sourced or proprietary)

  • Experience working in one or more cloud service providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform preferred)

  • Working knowledge of high-level languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $208,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
