Job Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships within key strategic customer accounts and manufacturer partners.
• Solid problem-solving skills and demonstrates a willingness to help the team as needed.
• Coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of Account Managers to develop and execute growth plans.
• Facilitate sales meetings and participate in annual strategic planning to drive process improvement and sales growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business or a related field is required.
• 3-4 years of experience in the Electrical Industry is preferred.
• 3-4 years of management experience in the Electrical Industry is preferred.
• Drivers license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs) or Customer Relationship Management (CRMs) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.
