Work you'll do/Responsibilities
The Senior Application Analyst will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support. Additionally, the Senior Application Analyst performs analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software. This Senior Application Analyst prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements. The Analyst will review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application. This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application. The Senior Application Analyst provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care. On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization.
Enterprise Epic Implementation; Primarily remote work with scheduled time onsite with the client. Deloitte has been engaged as an Implementation Partner and will operate with a hands on "Coach and Advise" model of support to the client IT Team. We are looking for experienced team leads to support/coach/advise the Project IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle - Design/Workflows, System Build, Testing, Upgrades, and Activation.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications
Required
Current Epic ASAP Certification
3+ years of recent experience with an implementation
Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Role is remote
Preferred
Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
