Highlights

Community Physician Network is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice at the Stones Crossing Pavilion . The pavilion is part of a rapidly growing medical facility that will be expanding to meet the needs of the surrounding community, offering exciting future opportunities for our care teams.

Shared call schedule

Team-Based Care Model

• Fully integrated EPIC EMR system

Full onsite lab services

• Large group of specialists based nearby, including at Community Hospital South

• Growing medical pavilion with future expansion plans

Licensure & Certifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
