Description

Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Contractor to join our client's dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing specific modules within our Paylocity HR platform, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, and reporting functionalities on a contract basis. If you are a Paylocity expert, then this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure the recruiting module within Paylocity.

• Assist with the creation and posting of job openings.

• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) within Paylocity, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.

• Onboard new hires within the Paylocity platform, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed.

• Configure and maintain onboarding workflows within Paylocity.

• Develop and manage onboarding checklists and tasks.

• Ensure new hires receive a smooth and efficient onboarding experience through Paylocity.

• Utilize Paylocity's reporting tools to generate HR reports on various metrics (e.g., time and attendance, recruitment data, turnover rates).

• Analyze reports to identify trends and provide insights to HR leadership.

• Assist with the creation of custom reports as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Paylocity.
