OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for overall product lifecycle management for the Surveillance products represented by the Sentri7 suite name – Sentri7 Pharmacy, Sentri7 IP, Sentri7 AUR Reporting, and Sentri7 Drug Diversion. This product suite provides clinical surveillance solutions to U.S. hospitals that help hospitals meet the Triple Aim of optimizing cost, quality and patient experience while also focusing on the well-being of healthcare providers.

You will read industry publications, monitor regulatory updates, attend webinars and tradeshows, and engage with customers to develop expertise in clinical surveillance. They survey the market to assess capabilities and strategy of competitors and partner with leadership to design and deploy 3rd party market research to further inform product strategy and roadmap. You will maintain close relationships with important customers to develop an understanding of customer needs and maintain relationships with internal and external advanced technology teams to inform solution strategy.

You are a ‘player-coach’ who leads the product management team supporting Sentri7 surveillance solutions while directly managing the Drug Diversion product. You will create new feature investment case and maintaining a rolling 12-month development roadmap for the products in the portfolio. You collaborate with product development to plan and deliver product enhancements; coordinate efforts to build Go To Market and Sales Enablement activities; and work with the Director of Product Strategy to plan and implement research into potential adjacencies and growth areas for the portfolio.

This is an individual contributor role. You will report to the Senior Director Product Management • Health Clinical Surveillance & Compliance

RESPONSIBLITIES

Manage the product lifecycle for Sentri7 surveillance products.

  • Manage the team who together provides product management and product design for the Sentri7 surveillance portfolio of products.

  • Develop and communicate product strategy to align with goals.

  • Conduct market research to inform product roadmap. Assess potential investment against business value by developing detailed business case and gain approval through capital governance processes. Manage scope to comply with the business case.

  • Develop, prioritize, and maintain a rolling 12-month detailed product roadmap for all solutions in the portfolio. Partner with Product Strategy to maintain 3-year product vision.

  • Plan and lead product research to seek input directly from customers and from market-facing internal teams for new product ideas, product feature enhancements and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor objective indicators of customer satisfaction like KLAS scores, NPS scores and other customer surveys and develop plans to maximize performance.

  • Monitor sales pipeline, deal success and closed loss opportunities. Build Win-Loss analysis to understand the market’s decision process and results. Modify product plans to address loss trends.

  • Collaborate with product analysts and designers to ensure required product functionality is developed with compelling user experience.

  • Maintain compliance with required government mandates and certification requirements that are relevant for the Sentri7 surveillance portfolio (e.g. 508 accessibility).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: bachelor’s of science (BS) or equivalent degree or experience

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of product management experience with at least 3 years of experience managing products in a healthcare sector.

  • Direct experience managing expert systems that integrate artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies.

  • Experience working with clinical subject matter experts to elicit product requirements for US healthcare setting.

  • Experience developing product strategy and presenting product strategy, business case, and roadmap to executive audiences and all level of company partners.

  • Experience with Agile software development process, including decomposing product features into small units of work that are delivered iteratively.

  • Experience leading go-to-market and coordinating across teams to ensure successful market introduction and support for new products or enhancements.

  • Licensed pharmacist, pharmacy informaticist, investigator or nurse with experience in drug diversion detection preferred but not required.

TRAVEL: You will travel occasionally to conduct onsite contextual inquiry or customer feedback sessions, to staff the booth in trade shows or for internal meetings in the Madison WI or Boston MA offices. Regular recurring travel is not required.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $141,000-$197,550
