Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to be a part of our team in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for managing real estate leases, ensuring accurate record-keeping of lease agreements, and facilitating cross-functional initiatives to improve our lease administration services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of real estate leases, ensuring all obligations are met in a timely manner.

• Accurately record lease agreements and any changes into the lease management software.

• Liaise between multiple internal departments involved in the execution of lease agreements.

• Conduct review and audit of statements and assess their appropriateness.

• Manage landlord and property management updates to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in the recording and collection of sublease income.

• Ensure the proper insurance coverage is obtained for all properties.

• Review and reconcile monthly statements as received.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our internal customers.

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance our lease administration services. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Lease Administration

• Proficient in Lease Administration software

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail

• Ability to interpret, analyze, and negotiate lease agreements

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on available information

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing must be eligible to work in the U.S. now or in the future.
