Conagra Maintenance Planner - Bakery Plant in Indianapolis, Indiana
Conagra Brands - Indianapolis, home of Marie Callender's pies, is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on 1st shift. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the Pie Shells and Fruit Pie Line, and determine the best approach for work order completion, including obtaining necessary schematics and checking parts availability. You will also initiate purchase requisitions for MRO-related parts and services. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation and usage of maintenance-related continuous improvement systems and tools within the department. You will partner with Production Teams, Maintenance Technicians, MRO Storeroom Personnel, and other Planners to support daily operations at our site.
You Will:
Plan maintenance activities for the Maintenance Department, including contracted external resources.
Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance with Supply Chain and Quality Assurance Teams.
Enforce site safety, environmental and GMP rules and regulations.
Develop standard work order templates for jobs that are repetitive and require only time planning.
Review work order backlog and rework and provide improvement recommendations.
Use CMMS (SAP) to monitor and improve performance of department Maintenance and Reliability program.
Monitor department maintenance metrics and manage MRO/outside services budget.
Own continuous improvement systems within your department.
You Have:
High school diploma or GED.
3+ years of maintenance experience.
1+ year of maintenance planning/scheduling.
Strong Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Ability to work weekends periodically for site Maintenance coverage.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
