A Manufacturing Engineer job opportunity is open with our client in Indianapolis, IN. In this role you will be responsible for planning of sequence of operations and specification procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. To be considered for this role you will have an Associate Degree and experience with provided technical support to skilled trades on equipment and troubleshooting.

Manufacturing Engineer job duties

• Manages high complexity design and planning of layout for assembly and materials handling.

• Adaptation of machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.

• Planning of sequence of operations and specification procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.

• Troubleshoot and assist in repair of manufacturing floor equipment.

• Engineer equipment improvements and assist in implementation.

• Provide technical support to skilled trades on equipment troubleshooting and repair.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Associate"s Degree

Years: 3+ years of experience
