Conagra Brands - Indianapolis, home of Reddi Whip and Blue Bonnet, is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will provide project leadership toward the successful execution of capital projects, align with business strategies and deliver the highest value asset allocation. You will manage external and internal partners and resolving issues or conflict that may arise. You will lead projects simultaneously within our facility.

You Will:

• Enforce site safety, environmental and good manufacturing practice rules and regulations.

• Manage a range of small to medium capital projects, ensuring that all project planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts are managed and that all projects are delivered within cost, schedule and performance success criteria.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in manufacturing projects.

• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to support manufacturing productivity and cost effectiveness.

• Implement assigned projects using structured engineering workflow process and recommend continuous improvement projects, developing the necessary justifications and return on investments.

• Help develop our Conagra Performance System (CPS) through active participation on our Early Management (EM) Pillar Team.

You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• 3+ years of Engineering/Project Management experience

• 5+ years food manufacturing experience

• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment

• Project Management skills that can be applied to developing and leading low complexity projects.
