Description

We are looking for someone who can:

• Define and develop dashboards and statistics for marketing campaigns.

• Define, develop, maintain, and load data from external and internal sources into our CRM system.

• Translate plain language requests into SQL queries, CRM views, and reports.

• Develop and maintain marketing data and related documentation within systems and processes.

• Develop data processes for each project/system and coordinate with others to ensure appropriate data points for the target audience are identified.

• Perform data analysis and provide feedback to stakeholders and marketing management to measure and optimize campaign performance.

• Coordinate, maintain, and provide updates to agent information to cross-functional teams.

• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on data-related requests.

• Creating and maintaining documentation to satisfy sound internal controls regarding data, processes, and tools used for marketing implementations.

Requirements for success:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, related degree, or equivalent work experience.

• 3-5 years of data analysis experience.

• Ability to maintain a high level of knowledge of current project management techniques and tools.

• Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.

• Working knowledge of CRM and content management systems.

• Proven analytical skills to evaluate and present findings/trends based on data.

• Ability to effectively utilize computer systems including SQL and CRM.
