Robert Half Office Coordinator in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description

The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a Health Center in the Indianapolis area to add an Office Coordinator to their team. This is a fully onsite position and has the potential to be a permanent role.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (except 2 evening meetings 3rd Tuesday, 5p-6 and 4th Tuesday – 6p-8p)

Supporting the CFO:

  • Process vendor invoices, including reviewing and approving for payment.

  • Manage accounts receivable by depositing payments and coordinating with billing staff.

  • Handle other financial tasks like managing supplies and outgoing mail.

Supporting the CEO:

  • Prepare meeting materials for Board of Directors and other relevant meetings.

  • Attend Board meetings and document minutes.

  • Manage schedules for CEO and CFO.

  • Coordinate administrative logistics for staff meetings.

    Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with executives, staff, and external contacts.

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an office coordinator or administrative assistant.

  • Bookkeeping experience a plus.
