JPMorgan Chase Process Assurance Senior Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana

Be a trusted advisor to our partners throughout the Commercial Bank (CB). Manage multiple relationships with our partners to help provide support for any issues that may arise with the use of our complex treasury and cash management products and services.

As a Process Assurance Senior Associate within Global Practice Leadership Process Assurance, you are considered a trusted advisor who contributes to the growth and success of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will partner effectively with colleagues throughout Commercial Banking and across the Firm to help resolve process inquiries and partner questions, providing expertise and support to Commercial Banking Sales, Onboarding, Service and other CB partners. You will use your knowledge and analysis skills to research inquiries and uncover solutions, seeking assistance when appropriate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end processes across multiple business segments

  • Ensure efficiency and alignment of processes across multiple business segments

  • Prioritize inquiries to ensure visibility, traction, and resolution

  • Set expectations and resolves inquiries through effective communication

  • Facilitate internal communication as needed to resolve inquiries

  • Build and maintain a culture of trust, transparency and integrity

  • Exercise some degree of individual discretion and judgement

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Ability to develop and deliver on partner relationships and tasks

  • Independently reviews data trends/issues and feedback from internal stakeholders

  • Proactively develops sustainable solutions to address client and stakeholder needs

  • Develop long-term relationships with credibility founded on a detailed understanding of operational data and processes

  • Leads resolution of moderate to complex solutions for clients and internal stakeholders while recognizing the need to firmly uphold the firm's standards and operating principles.

  • Proactively works to determine Middle Office improvements and solicit stakeholder input and feedback on service satisfaction

  • Identifies issues and recommends appropriate guidance and practices to optimize customer experience and mitigate risks

  • Acts with urgency, communicates transparently and often, follows up and follows through with an execution mindset.

  • Advocates for partners across the firm with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years' experience in service, operations, treasury, implementations, sales or portfolio management, preferably with work experience primarily in banking or the financial service industry

  • BS/BA degree

  • A strong aptitude for strategic thinking, root cause analysis, after action review and tactical execution

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners

Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.

Some travel required (10%) to visit clients and internal partners.
