"Job#: 2044111 Job Description: Role: REMOTE QA Automation EngineerType: ContractLocation: REMOTEApex Systems, a global leader in IT Solutions, is searching for a QA Automation Engineer for a large healthcare client in based out of Indianapolis, IN. This is a long term contract role, and we are looking for strong automation testing experience. Please see below for additional details:Summary:You will be responsible for driving test automation solutions in an Agile Scrum team. These solutions are designed for web delivery to enable scalable, secure and intuitive access to data for their network of employees, partners, and clients. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will help drive quality by working with internal and external engineering teams to ensure adherence to requirements and industry regulations.Responsibilities:Develop Integration and System test strategies for project and maintenance releases of software solutionsPresent and defend the test strategyCollaborate with team in a sprint basis, ensuring release deadlines and quality standards are metEnsure compliance with validation procedures and standardsExperience Required:Strong experience in reading and understanding requirements, testing automation, quality assurance and integration methodologiesAble to thrive in a 90% automated role with 10% manual focusedHands on expertise leveraging tools such as UFT Automation, JIRA, and HP ALM/QCStrong in writing SQL queries and able to query data for test scripts effectivelyProven ability to work effectively as a team lead and can work with limited or no supervision on projects5+ Years' Experience working with formal Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies3+ Years' experience in analyzing requirements and designing and executing test strategiesExperience in a regulated environment with knowledge of audit expectationsPlease reach out if interested!EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
