Lilly TLVA Market Access Associate Director (P4) in Indianapolis, Indiana

Lilly USA, LLC seeks a LVA Market Access Associate Director (P4) to anticipate US market trends and disruptions to develop and implement strategic decision plans. Lead LVA Strategy & Operations activities including annual strategic planning activities. Support the completion of competitive intelligence assessments and analyze strategy of key competitors, gathering data to analyze prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. Leverage analytics, critical thinking, and cross-functional partnership to develop, deploy, and measure strategies that deliver sustainable, value-driven growth. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and 4 years of experience developing strategic guidance to internal or external stakeholders related to business operations. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with conducting competitive or market analysis; 2 years of experience building and executing project plans in marketing or finance; 2 years of experience executing financial modeling analysis or managerial finance analysis including budget, forecast, and reporting; 2 years of experience presenting strategies to senior leaders within a function or company; and 2 years of management consulting experience. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. 5% domestic travel required. #LI-DNI
