This Position is for a Data Analyst with a bank location in Indianola, MS.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for collecting and analyzing data across all business applications to support Planters Bank management in making informed decisions for process improvement initiatives, departmental support, as well as assist with special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or comparable programming certification preferred.
• Experience with tools like Cognos, Power BI, and SQL.
• Experience with report design and development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize, make difficult decisions and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, Outlook and Smartsheet.
• Satisfactory background and credit report.
