Job Title: Process Engineer*You must have a Chemical Engineering Degree*Job Description

Write and modify batch sheets (Pilot Plant or Production) and other procedures for assigned processes for new or existing products detailing the processing steps and key parameters to ensure process reliability and capability while following established procedures. Maintain technical information and all necessary records on assigned processes such as process design, process safety, quality, yield, productivity, cost, and reliability. Develop corrective and preventive action for processing failures in the areas of equipment failure, downtime, off-quality, late orders, and complaints. Ensure process PSM requirements are met. Review all equipment preparation procedures prior to major maintenance, freeze thaw, or equipment modifications.
