Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Job Duties: Receiving freight by signing, verifying, and ensuring shipments are complete and free of damage. Physically pulling and packaging shipments adequately for orders by location and part number while maintaining accurate records of traceability for both ground and freight shipments. Ensuring space utilization is optimal for in and outbound freight. Stocking all inventory in appropriate locations. Inventory Management: Assists with maintaining raw material and critical supplies inventory. Forklift Operations (use and routine maintenance). Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Conduct basic math calculations to verify quantities and measurements. Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment. Cleaning and organizing inside and out when needed. Other Miscellaneous Jobs *This is not intended to be a full list of duties.
