Genesis10 is seeking a Identity and Access Management Business Analyst for a contract with our client in Inver Grove Heights, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: Our client is seeking an Identity and Access Management Business Analyst to be responsible for driving the future state usability of the Omada platform. This role will lead requirements gathering meetings with business users / process owners, and IT application teams. The IAM Business Analyst will possess implementation experience in an Identity and Access Management solution with knowledge on application integration, identity lifecycle, and audit compliance. This position should also possess a detailed understanding of the business users represented, and the ability to describe business and user requirements in a manner that enables system administrators, application developers, and quality assurance engineers to understand, estimates relative effort, and deliver business functionality. Required Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of Business analysis experience Excellent requirements gathering and documentation writing skills Desired Qualities: Experience in IAM/IAG related applications and understanding of Information Security Data Analysis Experience In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects. Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives. Test and track business requirements through implementation. Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications. Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions. Interpret existing applications and business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Take ownership of support activities for current functionality, new enhancements, system and integration testing, and user acceptance testing of completed issues and enhancements. Present technical solutions that enhance the value of our company's products and services. Provide new user training on supported applications as requested. Identify process efficiencies, recommend innovative uses of software functionality, design, implement solutions and train end-users. Support the Identity and Access Management solution, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution. Work closely with product owner, IT departments and customers to capture business requirements, use cases, user stories and process flows related to IAM Processes Contribute to IAM Roadmap collaborating with process owners and participating in scrum ceremonies. Work with development, engineering, support and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. Obtain details for implementation Gather requirements for developer/admin/engineers Ensure business readiness for new systems and applications Drive Continuous Improvement / LEAN capabilities across IAM technologies and processes General Profile: Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own professional discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Works independently, receives minimal guidance May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives Has knowledge of security best practices and how department integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of info mation Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus Preferred Qualifications: (desired) Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field Project management experience Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management Experience with Identity and Access Management tool implementation Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Visio Knowledge of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) and experience in participating in 3rd party audits, including the PCI Report on Compliance Knowledge of SOX Controls Knowledge of Agriculture Business and Industry Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $70.00-$75.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
