Account Representative
As the public faces of the company, our Account Representatives deal directly with customers to help identify the products that best suit their needs. To achieve this, Representatives continuously update their knowledge of our products, services, and policies. They assist customers with questions or concerns, provide technical information about products and services, take orders, and process returns -- all to ensure the best-possible customer experience. They are knowledgeable, charismatic, and motivated.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To, the Following:
Initial contact and follow-up on leads, whether local or across the Midwest
Understand and demonstrate the products or services
Foster relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Improve product knowledge and skills to provide the best guidance to customers
Meet company goals and objectives set by leadership
Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 1-2 years of experience is sales and/or purchasing preferred Proficient in all MS Office - Word and Excel in particular Experience in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions is preferred, but not necessary Basic knowledge of, or ability to learn, contract management software Soule is a plus
Successful Candidate Will Also Possess the Following: Superior communication and organizational skills
Friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform calculations such as square footage, percentages, and markups
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
