Account Services Manager

The Account Services Manager oversees a dedicated team responsible for processing various back-office functions related to new accounts, account maintenance, conducting account research, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops and implements efficient processes and procedures to streamline new account processing, performing account maintenance, investigating customer inquiries, and customer support tasks.

  • Monitors team performance and productivity metrics, identifies areas for improvement, and implements strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Manages completion for non-monetary tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

  • Provides training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure work is properly safeguarded and controlled in accordance with banking policies and procedures.

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations, including report review and quality oversight of completed tasks.

  • Serves as a point of escalation for complex account-related issues and customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective resolution

  • Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation and development of team.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years with proven leadership experience, and a track record of effectively managing teams and driving operational excellence.

Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week, one flexible day for remote work.

Pay Range $98,300 to $132,900
