Accounts Payable Assistant

Job Description

The Expense Assistant will work closely with various departments and the Senior Employee Expense Administrator to ensure expense activity is appropriately reviewed and approved using internal systems. This role involves daily auditing and processing of employee travel and expense report reimbursements, assisting in compliance with T&E policies, and providing support to employees on expense-related inquiries. The position requires an understanding of T&E policies and procedures to review expense activity accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience auditing and processing employee travel and expense report reimbursements

  • Proficiency in using Concur Travel and Expense system

  • Ability to assist with ad hoc reporting

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Proactive follow-up abilities

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Irvine, California.

Work Environment

The role requires interaction with various departments and field personnel to resolve issues during the expense review and approval process. This position will report to the Senior Employee Expense Administrator and support the expense management team with various projects.
