Description

Looking for a California Licensed Attorney to assist our wonderful client based in Irvine! This financial/IT company would like this attorney to assist with the negotiations of sales and vendor contracts and be the final set of eyes on these agreements!

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound contracts ensuring they comply with the company's policies and legal regulations.

• Act as the primary decision-maker for multiple contracts, overseeing their progression into the negotiation phase.

• Negotiate with vendors on contract terms, conditions, and clauses to secure beneficial agreements.

• Use Adobe Acrobat for document management and contract-related tasks.

• Draft and review commercial contracts, ensuring they align with the company's objectives.

Requirements

• Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Bar admission in good standing in California

• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document management

• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, particularly with vendors

• Ability to interpret and apply complex laws and regulations related to sales contracts

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
