Consumer Digital Product Manager

The Consumer Digital Product Manager leads the development and management of EverBank's consumer digital products. This role drives the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that our digital solutions meet consumer needs and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops and communicates a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and consumer needs. Conducts market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Ensures successful product launches and drives adoption and growth.

  • Works closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitates effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive product success.

  • Gathers and analyzes consumer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions. Conducts user testing and gathers insights to ensure products meet consumer expectations and deliver a superior user experience.

  • Develops and maintains a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Prioritizes product features and enhancements based on business impact and consumer needs.

  • Stays abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital product management and consumer technology. Applies industry insights to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Monitors product performance using key metrics and analytics. Identifies areas for improvement and optimizes the product to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

  • Leads the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative digital products. Defines product requirements, create user stories, and prioritizes features and enhancements.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

  • Proven experience in digital product management in a consumer-focused role

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital market trends

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics

Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week, one flexible day for remote work.

Pay Range $119,600 - $161,800
