Description

We are looking for a Contracts Manager in the biotech industry, for our client based in Irvine, CA. The Contracts Manager will play a vital role in operations, primarily focusing on negotiating and redlining contracts, as well as providing support for our Irvine location and other sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, redline, and negotiate corporate agreements including proctor agreements, consultant agreements, NDAs (both standard and mutual), and clinical trial agreements.

• Closely collaborate with internal teams to understand contract requirements and ensure they meet the corporation's needs and comply with business policies and governmental regulations.

• Oversee clinical study or clinical trial agreements, ensuring that they adhere to protocol and ethical guidelines.

• Evaluate and mitigate potential risks involved in various contracts.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Contract Management, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating.

• Background in Medical Device industry is a plus!

• Familiarity with Clinical Trial Agreements, NDAs, consultant agreements, and proctor agreements.

• Understanding of the Biotech industry

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Familiarity with legal requirements and procedures in contracts management
