Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Irvine, California

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for our medical call center located in Irvine, California. This role involves handling a high volume of customer calls and emails and requires proficiency in MS Office. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently

• Utilize MS Office tools to document and track customer interactions and inquiries

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Follow established procedures for processing customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating information as necessary

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in all operations

• Provide feedback on customer interactions and issues to management for continuous improvement

• Support other customer service-related tasks as assigned by management. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service Representative role

• Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service is essential

• Experience in a medical office setting is preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education or certification in related field is a plus
