Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and supporting endpoint devices across the organization. This individual will be focused on performing a Windows Migration, with a focus on migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. As an Endpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with IT teams to develop and maintain endpoint management strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving endpoint-related issues to ensure optimal performance and security. This will be a fully remote role, supporting the organization during Pacific or Central Standard Time Zones.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Endpoint Engineering.

Proven expertise in handling and performing Windows migrations, preferably from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Strong experience with Citrix VDI.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.

Knowledge of Windows for Business features and configurations.

Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).

Familiarity with endpoint security best practices. null
