Robert Half HR Generalist in Irvine, California

Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

In partnership with Retail Leaders, develop and implement human resources policies and procedures for the retail organization

Recruiting Process Management, support retail store leadership with the recruitment and selection process, including but not limited to creating job descriptions, management of job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, hiring employees and all related paperwork

Provide training, support and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, performance coaching and perform workplace investigations as needed

Manage performance management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and career development

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off and other fringe benefit programs

Develop and conduct training programs for managers and employees on various HR-related topics, such as diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment prevention training, and performance management

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Monitor employee morale and engagement and develop strategies to improve employee retention and satisfaction

Manage employee discipline and termination processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting, Finance and Operations, to support the overall goals of the retail organization Requirements Human Resources (HR) Administration
