Primary Job Responsibilities:  Sets up new vendors  Matches and posts inventory invoices  Checks and verifying expense reports  Gathers receipts from employees and processes credit card statements.  Prepares and participating in special project including rebate process, research and summarize  Enters invoices and processes all the payments, including preparing manual checks as necessary  Billings, Filings and daily Bank Deposits  Review return authorizations and issue credit memo  Customer Accounts maintenance  Collections  Receive payments and post to appropriate customers and general ledger accounts  Other duties assigned Basic Qualification Requirements:  Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred  Must possess 3+ years' experience in Accounting (Receivable and Payable)  Good verbal and written communication skills  Must be detail-oriented and good organization skills  Experience with MS Office and good computer knowledge required  Experience in trading/manufacturing industry preferred  Knowledge of Great Plain software a plus
