Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Assistant to join our clients reputable civil litigation firm in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial preparation and support, and will be able to handle a variety of tasks to assist their legal team.

Skills and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information

  • Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up to date

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances

  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed

  • Maintain and update trial calendars and deadlines

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in civil litigation

  • Proven trial experience is a must

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Paralegal cert + Degree null
