ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of our HDD ASIC Validation Team. Duties will include:?

• Electrical testing and characterization of high-speed IP integrated with digital ASIC logic:?
• Interfaces include SAS, SATA, DDR, NAND?
• Implement tests using host emulators/exercisers, bus analyzers, jammers and actual host systems?
• Develop test infrastructure and automation frameworks with the goal of finding hardware issues early in the ASIC andproduct development cycle?
• Develop, implement and debug embedded C firmware to be used for validation of internally designed ASICs?
• Debug of memory and host interface related issues and driving solutions to successful completion?
• Generate test reports, documentation and communicate results to internal and external stake holders?

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Masters EE/CS and5+ years of experiencein ASIC validation. Or a BSEE/CS +8years of experiencein ASIC validation

SKILLS

• Experience with analog and digital circuitry and electrical characterization?
• Professional Programming experience in Embedded C, Python, or similar languages?
• Experienced with host bus analyzers, traffic generators, jammers, oscilloscopes, and/or BERTs
