Military Flight Controls Division

SCOPE/SUPERVISION AND INTERACTION:

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for tracking, developing, and communicating reports on all procurement related metrics including spend, on time delivery, pricing, and contract awards

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects related to procurement and sourcing metrics, and work transfers

• Bring ideas and serve as resource and mentor to procurement team in areas related to improvement of KPIs

• Develop reports using PowerBI to automate procurement team’s daily data and reporting needs.

• Generate ad / hoc reports as needed to support projects and programs

• Work with division supply chain team and division staff in developing reports and present ideas and status of projects

• May interact with suppliers and customers

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field plus experience in purchasing / sourcing plus experience in procurement function

• Experience in Aerospace is a strong plus

• Ability to create reports (using PowerBI or similar software) and analyze large volume of data to present to leadership and executive management

• Experience leading cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and project management

• Understanding of government contracts is a plus

  Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $101,874/annually - $169,885 annually.

This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders], or have refugee or asylee status).
