Senior Manager - Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Salesforce.com (SFDC) Center of Excellence.

• Manage internal and external SFDC resources located in multiple geographies.

• Work with IT and Business management to define long term strategy for the SFDC platform.

• Participate in Vendor selection for strategic project implementations.

• Maintain a holistic view of all business system processes and users, to understand functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.

• Lead the design and implementation of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Channel Management.

• Support existing Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud and Compliance Quest solutions on the SFDC platform.

• Assist business partners with creating requirements, identifying gaps, and formulating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support the integration between SFDC and other enterprise applications such as SAP.

• Validate software quality and conformance to specifications and business requirements through unit-functional testing; and identify the root cause of defects.

• Work with management, Project Managers, Business Users and development team to scope work and schedule estimates.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related field is required.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation and support of Salesforce.com solutions

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing SFDC support team

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creating Salesforce Flows, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Jobs and Lightning Components.

• Experience in Salesforce integration using OAUTH and Middleware.

• Experience in implementing CRM solutions for a Hi-tech company is preferred.

• Experience in implementing CPQ (Configure Price Quote) is preferred.

• Experience in implementing Compliance Quest (Quality Management System) is preferred.

• Experience in using Azure Dev Ops or equivalent tool is preferred.

• Experience in SQL is preferred.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $124,400 - $235,700 per year . Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
