Citigroup Applications Development Technical Senior Lead Analyst in Irving, Texas

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Senior Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Build and design ETL tool for Big data platform, define schema of Hadoop and Oracle to store the Data and audit trial details for Treasury and Enterprise Risk Management data for retail products including Credit Cards, Mortgage and Personal Loans. Facilitate data provisioning of regulatory submissions programs - CCAR, 14A, 14M, 14Q, FDIC, IFRS 9, CECL and BASEL. Attend daily defect triage meetings for various supported applications. Provide continuous support for Developing and QA teams in all phases like analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and post-production monitoring. Attend Business requirement walkthroughs with the Retail Risk business team to understand the business requirements and functional specifications and translate it into technical user stories, system diagrams, and low-level design documents. Analyze enterprise and application’s logical and physical data models and associated business rules using complex and nested SQL commands in Oracle, Hive, and Big data environment. Create Ab Initio Graphs and Plans to ETL and Ingest Retail Regulatory Reporting Data. Use PySpark tool to create the cloud architecture. Create system design documents, architecture and technical design documents using Visio and Ab Initio plans to demonstrate how the system works for bank’s Retail Risk project. Create reusable automation scripts using UNIX and Python for repetitive mappings and tasks. Perform reverse engineering of existing software application eco-system to provide feasibility assessment. Track any requirement changes coming outside of project milestones as change requests for future releases using requirement tracking module in HP ALM and JIRA. Build Database/UI design and Schema for Big data, Hadoop, Oracle, Teradata, and Netezza to store the data and Audit trial details for Treasury and Enterprise Risk Management data for bank’s Retail products. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or related field and 7 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an ETL Architect, Delivery Project Lead, Technology Lead or related position involving Implementation, Development, Design and Analysis in banking Finance and Risk domain. 7 years of experience must include: ETL, Hadoop, Oracle, Teradata, Netezza; CCAR, 14A, 14M, 14Q, FDIC, IFRS 9, CECL, BASEL; SQL, Hive; Big Data, Ab initio, HP ALM; and UNIX, Python. At least 4 years of experience must include: CCAR, 14A, 14M, 14Q, FDIC, IFRS 9, CECL, BASEL; JIRA, Visio, PySpark, Connect Direct (NDM); and Bank products: Credit Cards, Mortgage, Personal Loans.
