Job Description: Aston Carter partnered up with world's leading convenience store company that is looking to add an Supplier Support Analyst to their team. The Supplier Support Analyst plays a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new vendors and/or new stores associated with acquisitions, as well as managing store back-office systems transitions. This position requires comprehensive analysis to support various activities, including but not limited to, wholesale

and CDC store changes, vendor acquisitions, assortment changes between vendors and new stores, and launches of organic new stores or new product lines. The

incumbent will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions and providing

analytical insights to optimize operations and enhance vendor relationships

• Act as Project Lead: Take charge of projects and assign cross-functional responsibilities by team, ensuring alignment with targeted go-live dates for new vendors and/or new stores. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to successful implementation.

• Collaborate with Vendors: Work closely with vendors to gather necessary information required for setup across various departments and systems, including Accounting, Merchandising, and IT (EDI). Ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational requirements.

• Vendor Setup Management: Ensure that new vendors are fully set up for ordering, invoicing, and item assortment. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the setup process and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

• Documentation and Submission: Collect, review, and submit all required internal forms and documentation for processing across systems. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the setup process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics

• Must be Proficient in Microsoft excel and Microsoft outlook
