Job Description :

CISO Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing initiatives, engaging with Security Operations, Public Cloud Operations and Engineering teams, DC teams, Application Teams, Systems and Database Admins teams to deliver on business requirements. Expectations of this role: 1) driving to successful outcomes within a given timeline 2) gathering business requirements 3) coordination of standard CISO solution designs 4) coordination of security /risk policies with security teams 5) coordination with operations and engineering teams on issues as they arise 6) managing project documentation in accordance with CPPMS (CISO Program and Project Management Procedure)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project planning, execution, and control for risks.

  • Identify and manage to the critical path and milestones of a schedule.

  • Identify risks and issues, which impact program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution and path to green.

  • Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

  • Adhere to Citigroup project management processes and procedures.

  • Direct the communication of status and issues to direct manager and Program Manager in a timely manner as expected.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition to meet business objectives.

  • Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups.

  • Escalations to management and business as required.

  • Coordination of global virtual teams working across multiple time zones / regions: NAM, EMEA, ASPAC, LATAM.

  • Data Center Migrations and planning.

Technical Attributes (6-10 years’ experience):

  • Basic knowledge of virtual environments, network, and related technology applications, large scale enterprise data centers, databases, storage, cloud.

  • Experience with network infrastructure management, firewalls/DMZ would be a plus.

  • Exposure to Illumio Adaptive Security Platform software would be ideal.

  • Able to maintain and report project delivery tracking and metrics.

  • Able to articulate the project lifecycle.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Pivot Tables, vertical and horizontal look ups.

  • Strong Microsoft Project Skills: Project schedule building/editing with multiple dependencies/schedule shifting.

  • Works well in ambiguity and drives participants toward clarity of tasks and deliverables.

  • Anticipates potential threats (risks) to project prior to becoming an issue and pursues mitigation.

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Execution oriented with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project.

  • Proven track record of delivery of multiple parallel initiatives.

  • Ability to build relationships and collaboration across global teams, business and technology.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams (team player).

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field.

  • Strong Project Management skills/working knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and resources.

  • Valuing Diversity: Demonstrates an appreciation of a diverse workforce. Appreciates differences in style or perspective and uses differences to add value to decisions or actions and organizational success.

Education

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL and CISSP are desired, but not mandatory.

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
