Key Responsibilities:

  • The Delivery Lead will lead Third party data content inspection efforts by collaborating with Lines of Business teams, DTS (Data transmission system) leads, GTPP (Global Third-party program) leads.

  • The candidate will work with Delivery teams and across impacted applications to deliver on time and provide status updates via project templates summarizing project status, risk, and mitigation plans.

  • Highly motivated program / project manager with an extensive technical skill set. Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and technologies to deliver results within established budgets and timelines.

  • Responsible for coordinating and delivering high technology projects involving several cross functional areas.

  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations Understanding of Data landscape Expert understanding of Data Privacy Elements and Confidential data such as HRCI, MNPI and others Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete strategy and tactical plans.

  • Work on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors to achieve best results.

  • Performed daily reports and tracking tasks and reported to upper management.

  • Coordinated and facilitated communication between business SMEs, technical designers, testers in addition to other delivery teams.

  • Define and appropriately communicate the roadmap for the portfolio amongst the various stakeholders as well as addressing any concerns in an expedited manner.

  • Ability to collaborate, negotiate, with leaders and team members. Working knowledge of the Enterprise Change Management Standards and Evidence Requirements.

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, software development, and testing processes Organized, motivated, team-player, intellectually curious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions Proactive - takes initiative/preempts stakeholder requirements before they connect and prepares accordingly.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization managing multiple priorities Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Must be able to work on JIRA to track progress, coordinate updates and publish reports

  • Strong knowledge with Agile software development practices, principles, and tools, such as JIRA, Ansible, etc.

  • Experience with software development using .Net, Angular, web services etc.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience using Agile methodology

  • Minimum 3 years of software development experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience testing processes

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Organized, motivated, team player, intellectually curious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions

  • Proactive takes initiative preempts stakeholder requirements before they connect and prepares accordingly.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
