What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and implement scalable and secure digital architecture solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry partners to integrate new technologies and standardize processes.

• Lead agile software development processes, including sprints, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Develop and optimize data collection systems, analytics, and integration strategies.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Are We Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or commensurate experience.

• Proven experience in data migration, integration engineering, and data management.

• Expertise in data warehousing, ETL solutions, and integrating multiple systems and data sets.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data models, database design, and data mining.

• Effective communication, collaboration abilities, and demonstrated leadership in digital transformation initiatives.

• Competitive base salary of $132,700 to $172,516 and participation in our annual incentive plan.
