Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Sr Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Develop and maintain software and systems, internal databases, microservices, or tools that teams at Citi rely upon every day to assist Citi clients. Update software to be compliant with new versions of the platform tools, devices/browsers, and operating system for customer facing digital applications and systems. These include Java, Spring, iOS, Swift, Android, HTML, and CSS3. Troubleshoot, identify, document, and implement process and software improvements in Java, Spring, iOS, Swift, Android, HTML, CSS3. Review source code and provide guidance to software engineering team and production support. Design and develop digital software applications and services for component solutions that will support online platforms and other front-facing applications. Analyze business needs and collaborate with cross-functional groups to design and develop digital software applications using Java, Spring, iOS, Swift, Android, HTML, CSS3, and develop digital software applications and services. Work with multiple business units to define and document software to meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to implement tools to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery for software applications and services. Maintain and enhance Digital Application Security to enhance user experience, eliminate security issues, and secure user data. Work with Information Security to identify and implement security requirements. Analyze and fix security issues from penetration testing and static code analysis. Collaborate with development operations to implement security tooling for Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience as a Software/Systems Engineer, Computer Programmer or related position working in Front End Development. Will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software/Systems Engineer, Computer Programmer or related position working in Front End Development. 3 years of experience must include: Examining digital feature delivery and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders; Participating in design discussions as a development lead and acting as a key decision maker in driving digital application design decisions; Developing web user interfaces using JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS; Using Angular Framework to develop web applications and process data displayed on the User Interface; Data Structures (Strings, Arrays, Maps and Sets), Design Patterns and Architecture; Designing and developing containerized applications and modules using Java, Springboot, Cloud platforms (Redhat/Openshift and/or Pivotal Cloud Foundry); and Splunk, AppDynamics for log analytics and application health monitoring.
