Citigroup Digital Technical PRogram Lead Analyst in Irving, Texas

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Technical Program Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Establish project plans, processes, and tracking methods to measure progress and improvements of projects. Work on estimation, sprint planning, release planning, testing and release schedules. Focus on the customer experience, the build and delivery process and the problems to be solved. Identify blocking issues, coordinate solutions, and factor in contingencies for delays. Recognize complex designs and propose simplified solutions by working with software design engineers, principals, and Technical Program Mangers. Review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility ensuring programs stay aligned with organizational objectives. Provide technology or user experience design components that support digital architecture and work with vendors on implementation plans and roadmaps identifying partnership opportunities to increase development velocity and learning. Streamline and/or eliminate excess processes in any area of architecture, production operations environment, or business area where the same efforts or issues are repeated. Assess development processes, test plans and operations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Employer will accept pre- or post- Master’s degree experience. Five (5) years of experience must include: Creating Agile roadmaps, planning and managing technology projects, and focusing on customer experience and building delivery processes; Using MS Office Suite and Atlassian tool suite including JIRA and Confluence to perform analysis and stakeholder communication, generate status reports to monitor projects, evaluate progress and quality, manage risk and issues, and take corrective action to meet project deadlines; Managing software delivery programs across functional journey teams, building sustainable processes, and collaborating with release schedules; Developing and managing end-to-end project plans ensuring on-time delivery, coordination, and quality assurance; Working with Agile methodology techniques, frameworks and establishing key delivery metrics for tracking program execution; and Working with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) involved in Project execution. 40 hrs./wk.
