Our client is seeking a Documentation Management Specialist for a 6+ month contract in Irving, TX. Will be working on an Onsite schedule. Will be included in not only the data migration and cleanup of current data but will also be involved in communication with cross functional team members and external supplier/partners to ensure a smooth transition.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) products as well as a quick study for data management software programs (Trace Gains and Oracle PLM).

• QA perspective with B.S. in Food Science/Nutrition/Science.

• Experience in a food manufacturing/lab environment.

• Understanding of food regulatory in FDA/USDA.

• Experience with SaaS implementation and data migration.

• Demonstrates the ability to proactively and initiate tasks without Strong data entry skills – attention to detail, accurate, organizational skills.

• Comfortability with training and communicating within the cross functional team.

• constant supervision.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deep understanding of Trace Gains to ensure data for transferring is captured completely and accurately.

• Understanding will be used to gather data from many places (sourcing, current spec system, suppliers) onto a worksheet.

• Accurate migration and cleanup of data from Oracle PLM to the Trace Gains database

• Support the development and delivery of training programs for end-users of the new system.

• Acting as a resource for users, providing ongoing support guidance.

• Communicating with internal team members and external suppliers/partners to update information in the system as needed.
