Description

Fixed Asset Manager needed on a contract basis for clean up role working with SAGE Fixed Asset module/tool. This is a 3 month contract position. 100% ONSITE in Irving, TX.

Fixed Asset Manager (contract position):

Reviewing journal entries, prepaids, align current fixed assets with system

Document processes

Prepaid duties around insurance

Sales tax, insurance, journal entries, month end close review

CAPEX, CIP

Construction, or Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

• Experience with clean-up and documentation of processes

  Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Fixed Assets, Fixed Asset Accounting, Fixed Asset Additions, Fixed Asset Depreciation, Fixed Asset Ledger, Fixed asset management

SAGE Fixed Asset module experience

Advanced Excel- large data files
