Interviews can be conducted using a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, tablet or smartphone.

Remember it’s an interview, so dress appropriately.
Place your phone on do not disturb.
Serve as a point of contact within the IT Helpdesk to provide technical support to end users
Help users on the day-to-day basis with IT related issues
Troubleshoot PC software, hardware, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot basic Active Directory / Windows Domain issues
Perform proactive maintenance in PCs and printers
Configure and install PCs, Printers/Scanners, Phones, and other Desk-side peripherals.
Consistently meet/exceed requirements/performance criteria
Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel
Must have experience supporting and responding to technical needs of all levels; including Corporate Senior Management/C-Level personnel, and their staff
Perform first level problem determination and resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members
Monitor and follow up outstanding issues and update users of current status
Assist with special projects as needed
The Perfect Match:
Must have strong Microsoft Windows 10 hands-on experience
Must have strong Microsoft O365 hands-on experience
Must have strong Active Directory hands-on experience
Citrix/iGEL experience a plus
Experience with IT ticketing platforms
Detail and customer service oriented
Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills
Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed
Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Relevant Experience
English fluency is a must
