The Microsoft Intune Tech Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for systems management health, expert support, and technology modernization. The overall objective of this role is to use subject matter expertise of systems management products to resolve complex issues, assure endpoint agent health, and improve automation by working with related teams or 3rd party vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on work with Modern and Legacy Systems Management products such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Liquit Workspace, Microsoft Autopilot, Adaptiva OneSite, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft .Net, Python

  • Work with the End User Digital Workspace team on a variety of high-impact, high-profile problems or projects to produce beneficial outcomes relating to simplicity, efficiency, and quality of service

  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses, Level 4 technical guidance, and identify key indicators for system performance improvements

  • Perform impact analyses, design testing approaches and responsible for applications dealing with the overall operating system

  • Identify and resolve issues, engaging in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  • Learn new technologies quickly to enable strategic technology roadmaps

  • Guide activities such as quality control, work allocation, coaching/mentoring, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Evaluate controls as a subject matter expert to help mitigate negative outcomes through prevention, detection and correction

  • Accomplish administrative tasks as assigned

  • Design and create complex processes and reporting streams, participate in the review and approval of requirement documents

  • Examine and update processes and procedures for hardware acquisition toward automation

  • Understand diverse stakeholder needs and share and influence stakeholder expectations

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with systems management products such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Liquit Workspace, Microsoft Autopilot, Adaptiva OneSite, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft .Net, Python

  • Experience in managing projects, providing level 4 support, producing operational automation improvements, and delivering infrastructure technology products or services

  • 10+ years working with enterprise sized corporations and expertise on global financial systems or large complex environments preferred

  • End to end knowledge of Modern Systems Management technologies and their supporting products such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and other related products

  • Experience developing solutions for complex problems or building best practices (design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting) Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience

  • Proven analytical, diagnostic and multitasking skills with focus on execution and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to both work independently and partner with virtual teams in a high-pressure matrix environment

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of various parts of a project, add initiative and complete tight deadlines or handle unexpected changes in requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master's degree preferred

$156,160.00 - $234,240.00
