Who Y ou A re :

You have a strong understanding of the recruiting process, program management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with many stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.

The I mpact Y ou W ill H ave :

As a dynamic and detail-oriented People Services Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and executing some of our most vital Talent Acquisition programs, elevating recruitment branding strategies, and supporting recruitment program initiatives all in support of our internship programs.

Wha t Y ou W ill D o:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for QTS’ college recruitment program. This includes building upon the existing program and fostering new relationships to expand the program

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders from the business on various talent programs and projects to support sustainable talent pool pipelines

  • Manage, nurture and foster Talent Acquisition talent programs ensuring timely delivery and execution. (i.e., QTS College Internship Program, DoD SkillBridge)

  • Establish, champion and monitor KPIs in college recruiting and other TA programs

  • Act as a QTS brand ambassador for candidate relationship management (CRM) initiatives, such as proactively deploying talent attraction strategies, fostering diverse candidate pipelines, creating communication templates, etc.

  • Collaborate with QTS Marketing to elevate employment branding initiatives leveraging Handshake and Simplicity for Campus Awareness on our target campuses and programs

  • Maintain relationships with recruiting external stakeholders and facilitate the Preferred Partner Program, evolving program effectiveness and strategic alignment

What Y ou W ill N eed to be S uccessful :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, marketingor equivalent professional experience

  • Three or more years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, project management, or related roles

  • Two or more years of experience leading a college recruitment program focusing on internship and full-time hire talent pipeline

  • Experience in Workday is preferred

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, execute, and evaluate programs is also preferred
