QA Automation Engineer

Our client, a successful aviation software company, is looking to grow their QA team. Our client builds out a comprehensive platform that allows airlines to maintain aerospace parts for inventory purposes. This allows for easier building and manufacturing of airplanes.

Due to our clients recent successes, they are looking to build up their QA team here in Irving. They are looking for someone who has some automation experience but can also assist with building their manual processes. Right now, their platform is in production but they are developing new features and there for need to scale their testing to handle that.

Ideally, they are looking for someone who has prior experience with JavaScript, Cypress, Gatling, Cucumber, and API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.). Any experience helping with some BA functions would be a cherry on top.

This is a cont-to-hire role, pay rate will be between $40-50/hr with a conversion salary around $90-100K. This will be onsite 3 days (Tues/Wed/Thurs) out of their headquarters. Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of experience in IT with position-relevant skills

• Proven Software Testing experience – ideally a mix of automation (preferred) and manual based testing.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and Cypress.

• Knowledgeable on Cucumber and Gatling testing.

• Any aerospace exposure is a plus. The Offer
